Read the introductions to the books of Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy found under “Resources” and answer the questions.

The books of Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy are some of the most unfamiliar books of the Bible. They are difficult to interpret and uninteresting to read because they are full of laws and genealogies, but they do have a purpose within the Torah. What are some of the specific ways in which the Israelites rebel against God? Do you see examples today of people behaving in similar ways? What can readers today learn about God by reading these books?
