1)In approximately one paragraph, please summarize the two versions of “Divine Command Theory” (DCT) discussed in Chapter Two of (MP) by Barcalow. Explain each version as best you can – using examples where appropriate. Then, in another paragraph or two, fully explain at least two of the difficulties associated with DCT. (From Video): What are the two types of “Law” identified by Aquinas and how is each type of law discovered and explored? 2. (From GT Reading): While both Aristotle and Aquinas see “happiness” as man’s highest good, what argument does Aquinas give for the view that “higher wisdom” cannot be found in our “natural life” – but rather that man’s “ultimate happiness” consists in the contemplation of God?
