For this assignment, you are to review a recent police “scandal” and assess the communication that occurred between the police department, the public, and the media. A “scandal,” for our purposes, can be anything that created a significant level of public and media interest in the incident or event, such as, a controversial shooting, an employee’s dereliction of duty or misconduct, a significant violation of law or agency policy, etc. **See attached for further instructions**
