Refer to the Guiding questions in Chapter 8 of Advocacy in the Human Services. Research and then respond to the questions after reflecting on an agency where you have worked or volunteered or agency or organization that you are familiar with. If you were to compile a Needs Assessment Survey based on your findings, then list the issues and items that you might consider asking. Incorporate at least two additional scholarly sources into the paper aside from the required text. The paper should be at least 300 words.
